Background

Blissful Treats is a Canadian company that produces home-made vegan cupcakes, mini-cupcakes and other pastries. The business needs clear identity and a memorable logo reflecting their essence.

Challenge

Create a memorable logo that would identify the brand and indicate that the products are vegan. The logo should be minimalistic, scalable and work well with bright colours.

Solution

I created an icon that looked like a plant stem with a leaf in the middle. This icon conveyed the message “Tasting love in every bite” and was based on my concept: vegetation.

In collaboration with Taylor Krulicki, my colleague at Studio Nuvo, we have selected a wordmark that resembled plant stems.
